I have to talk about the plot with Elena and her professor. I hate it! She starts to sleep/date her professor. They never really dive deep into it; I hope they will next season because they just left it.
She begins to work with shady hacking "hactivist" organization known as Helix in order to find and stop Prometheus, which ultimately brings her into conflict with Oliver and the team when she aids Helix in freeing their leader, Cayden James, from an A.R.G.U.S. prison. While Oliver and her are arguing, Prometheus sets off an EMP, which completely fries all the electronics in the bunker and temporarily disables her spinal chip, which enables her to walk. This causes Felicity and Oliver to become trapped in the bunker. Felicity argues with Oliver that he doesn't trust her after she tells him not to go up the elevator shaft because Prometheus had rigged it and he ended up doing so anyways, ending up falling and getting impaled by bolts on the ground. She ends up helping him bandage the wounds. As they struggle to escape, they manage to resolve the problems standing in the way of their being together. The two decide to tentatively rekindle their romantic relationship. Following the explosion on Lian Yu in the season finale, Felicity's fate is unknown.

Following Oliver's incarceration and Diaz's escape, Felicity and William are living away from Star City, under Witness Protection. Felicity is shown to be working as a barista. However, after Diaz attacks them in their home, the pair return to Star City. Felicity takes the decision to send William to a boarding school under Argus protection, she stays to assist in the pursuit of Diaz. Throughout the first half of the season, she works with a series of unlikely allies in her attempts to both bring Diaz to justice and to free Oliver from prison. She is reunited with Oliver following his release from prison.
Amy Jo Johnson may not have been a dancer, but she did have some experience with combat. Johnson was the original Pink Ranger in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers before being cast on Felicity. Her old role is referenced in the season one Halloween episode, when a girl dressed as the Pink Ranger kisses Ben.
At least two romances went from the screen to reality thanks to Felicity. Keri Russell and Scott Speedman dated during the later half of the show, and Scott Foley married Jennifer Garner, whom he met when she played his season one girlfriend Hannah.
What happens when a young girl makes an all-important decision based on a crush? That's the premise behind the late-'90s college drama FELICITY. The series follows Felicity Porter (Keri Russell) as she chooses to go to college in New York City, thousands of miles away from her sunny California home, just to see what happens when she's in the same vicinity as Ben Covington (Scott Speedman), the soulful, though somewhat lost, boy she pines for. As fans of the show will attest to, this simple romantic plot is enough to propel the action for four seasons, as Felicity discovers that her feelings -- fervent as they are -- aren't enough to shape reality into the blissful scenario she may have dreamed it to be. Instead, it unfurls in all its glorious, sometimes ridiculous, messiness -- Ben does end up having feelings for her, but does she want him after all? What of Noel (Scott Foley), the hunky resident advisor she can't quite ignore?
In its final season, the show took on a decidedly metaphysical bent, with the suggestion of time travel thrown into the mix. (At this point, it also became a bit mawkishly soap-opera-like.) Did everything that happened over the series' run take place in real time, or can the whole mess be undone by going back in time? Confused? Join the club. Still, Felicity "graduated" its lead characters with their charm, if not their innocence, intact.
